Geotechnical report crucial to sound blindside waterproofing

As a design professional or contractor, you have the opportunity and responsibility to influence the success of a blindside waterproofing job. One significant area that will help drive success is ensuring that the waterproofing manufacturer reviews the results of the subsurface investigation. Geotechnical investigations are performed by geotechnical engineers or engineering geologists to obtain information on the physical properties of soil and rock around a building site.  Findings will help determine foundation design, among other things.

This white paper prepared by CCW waterproofing experts discusses what to look for in a geotechnical report, as well as other tips on getting blindside waterproofing right.
